Not at all! Whether you have one bag or over 100, we’ll gladly pick up everything you’re ready to donate.

Yes, it’s completely free—no fees, no hidden strings. You’ll never be asked for payment or compensation.

We partner with trusted charities, nonprofits, and recyclers to ensure your donations find a purpose. Usable items are sent to underdeveloped countries to provide affordable clothing, while unwearable items are recycled into materials like rags, rubber, or fabric for new products.

Simply pack your items in tied bags or sturdy boxes, schedule a pickup, and place them outside by 8 a.m. on the pickup day. While sorting isn’t required, separating clothes from shoes is appreciated!

FAQs

Pickup Process

When will my items be picked up?

Our pickups occur between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. To ensure a smooth process, please have your items ready by 8 a.m. on your scheduled date.

No minimum! Whether you’re donating one pair of shoes or a full wardrobe, we’ll happily collect it.

We pick up rain or shine! On rainy or snowy days, place your items closer to a covered area like a porch or garage. Ensure everything is in tied plastic bags to keep them dry. If the weather poses a safety risk for our drivers, we’ll notify you of a rescheduled pickup date.

There’s no maximum limit! Feel free to leave as many approved items as you want. We’re ready to help you declutter, no matter the size of your donation.
