Gather Your Items
Collect the clothes, shoes, and household items you’re ready to part with. Pack them into sturdy, tied bags or boxes to ensure they’re secure.
Schedule Your Pickup
Use our convenient online form to schedule a pickup date that works for you. Once you’re booked, mark your calendar—we’ll handle the rest!
Set Them Out by 8 AM
On your scheduled day, place your packed items outside your home. Whether it’s your porch, driveway, or garage, make sure they’re visible and accessible by 8 a.m.

What areas do you serve?
Where do you pick up?
We currently pick up in parts of Illinois and North Carolina:
Chicagoland, Illinois: Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Lake, McHenry and Will counties, plus parts of Kendall County. That includes parts of Chicago and towns like Naperville, Aurora, Elgin, Joliet, Schaumburg and Waukegan.
Central Illinois: Champaign, McLean, Peoria, Sangamon and Tazewell counties, plus parts of DeWitt, Logan, Menard, Piatt and Woodford counties. That includes Bloomington-Normal, Champaign-Urbana, Peoria and Springfield.
North Carolina (the Triangle): Durham, Orange and Wake counties, plus parts of Chatham and Johnston counties. That includes Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary and Apex.
We don’t serve every town in these counties yet. The quickest way to check is to enter your zip code on our pickup form. It will tell you right away whether we come to your area and what day we pick up.
Is there a limit on how many bags I can donate?
No limits here! Whether you have one bag or over 100, we’re happy to pick them up.
Is this service really free?
Absolutely! Our service is 100% free with no strings attached. We’ll never ask for payment or compensation.
What happens to my donated items?
We ensure all items find a purpose. Usable items get rehomed locally or internationally, while unwearable ones are recycled into materials like rags, rubber, or even new clothing.
What do I need to do before pickup?
Place your items in tied bags or boxes, schedule your pickup, and have them ready by 8 a.m. on the pickup date. Separating clothes from shoes is helpful but not required!
